If you’re working out, chances are you’re wearing synthetic fabrics made from oil. Yes, that oil. The same icky stuff that is the primary culprit in the global climate crisis is also the main ingredient in your favorite stretchy pants. So when Allbirds jumped into the performance apparel category, we created a campaign that both spilled this oily truth and gave people a reason to run towards the natural alternative.
It all kicked off with a teaser spot for the 2021 Summer Olympics.
Shot in the New Zealand countryside with a lovely group of Kiwi athletes, the launch campaign ran globally on broadcast, OOH, social, and retail.
